We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and collect information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information, and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

We may send you periodic emails. If you would no longer like to receive emails from us please send us an email at cysswim [at] outlook.com telling us to remove you from our email distribution list.

Security Policy

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. We do not share or sell your name, address, or email with other companies.

Refund Policy

At Cy's Swim we value our customers. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. To that end we accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your package. Team suits are not returnable but you can exchange them for a different size. Merchandise must be returned in its original, unused condition including all original tags. All packages must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Shipping fees are non-refundable during a Return or Exchange. If your order was shipped for free, but returns were made which dropped your total charge below the required minimum, a $9 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

No refunds or exchanges on customized products, including but not limited to custom printed team suits. Clearance items and grab bag products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping Policy/Delivery Policy

Usually products will be shipped through USPS Priority Mail. Estimated shipping time is 1-8 business days. Shipments will be made within 24 hours whenever possible. We will contact you if an item is backordered.

Some items which are heavy or require multiple boxes may incur an additional shipping cost. Also, items shipped to Alaska or Hawaii may incur an additional shipping cost. We will contact you if this occurs.

Once an item is shipped it becomes the responsibility of the carrier.  Should an item be misplaced during shipping please contact the carrier to locate its whereabouts. 

Miscellaneous

We do not feature all of our swimwear & accessories online. If you do not see an item, please contact us at cysswim [at] outlook.com or 410-747-8760. We process orders as soon as they are received and cannot be changed once they are submitted.

Gift Certificates are not available online for purchase or use. They are only available for in-store purchases.
